Calling all Hooky Christians!

It is an interesting static that out of the 2,500 or so folk living in Hook Norton, only around 2% regularly worshipped in the two Christian churches in the village; St Peter's church and the Baptist church, pre-Covid-19 lockdown! According to the 2011 census, 60% of the population identified as Christian, and yet less than 6% regularly attended church at least once a week, if you believe Wikipedia. The chapel is ready for our service on Sunday morning as we celebrate the 2nd Sunday in Advent. Re-opening for Communal Worship Sunday 6th December

We are preparing fo re-opening the chapel for corporate worship next Sunday at 10:30am following the latest guidance from the UK Government and the Baptist Union of Great Britain. Due to the requirement of social distancing, seating is limited, but varies according to the size and number of households attending the service. Stay and Play open!

Following the latest UK Government guidelines, Stay and Play will remain open during "Lockdown 2". We look forward to welcoming carers and children below school age on Fridays from 9:30am to 11:30am. Adults, please wear your mask inside the hall.
